Reiki Circle: Radical Self-Love

Do you really love yourself? Radical self-love is a pure state of unlimited awareness, worthiness and acceptance. When you have it, you don’t need to search for anything outside yourself.

Join our Reiki circle on cultivating radical self-love at Standard Dose. First, we will explore how our resistance towards loving ourselves unconditionally shows up in our bodies. Then we release and transform feelings of unworthiness and create space for joy and compassion.

This session includes a guided meditation, writing prompts, and group Reiki healing. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite journal, pen, and water bottle to the session.
