When our chakras (energy centers in our bodies are blocked), energy is not able to flow freely throughout our bodies. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that addresses energetic imbalances, reduces physical issues associated with blocked chakras, and promotes relaxation.

Join our introductory Reiki workshop at Center Yoga. We will explore how this gentle palm-healing technique can reduce anxiety and stress, relieve chronic pain and tension in our bodies, and deepen our self-awareness.

This interactive two-hour session includes a grounding meditation, writing prompts, an overview of the history, principles and benefits of Reiki, and group Reiki healing. Paper and pens will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
